Police Intercept Drugs Worth ₦3 Million In Lagos
Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command have intercepted ten bags of illicit drugs suspected to be Indian Hemp.
The drugs, packed in ten sacks, were being conveyed in a Lagos colour commercial bus with registration number LND 995 XT from Iddo to a destination in Mushin.
Luck, however, ran out on the suspects when vigilant Rapid Response Squad (RRS) operatives on routine patrol stopped the bus at about 0400hrs on April 29, 2022 at Stadium Bus Stop, Surulere.
While two occupants of the vehicle escaped, the driver, Amodu Agbaje, was apprehended. The arrested driver claimed he was offered Twenty-Five Thousand₦₦ Naira (N25,000) to convey the drugs with street value of Three Million Naira (N3,000,000).

Comrade Olusola Vincent Arogbodo resigns from Fayose's campaign group
Following the on-going misconduct in the Bisi Kolawole Campaign Organization, Ekiti PDP fraction, one of its key player Comrade Olusola Vincent Arogbodo (MBA, HND, AMNIM) has pulled out as a member of its media and publicity committee.
In his resignation letter, he stated his decision was taken due to unsatisfactory factors in the party (state chapter) which are against his personal ideology of what true democracy portrays.
He also expressed his displeasure over injustice, intimidation and lack of respect to the party's constitution in reference to one of their foremost leader, ex governor Ayodele Fayose who was alleged of imposition and disregard for fellow member's opinion.
"I don't believe in discrimination, a leader should be a unifying factor in the party and not dictating what should be or what should not, this modus operandi under the leadership of Dr. Ayodele Fayose will lead the party no where" - said, Comrade Vincent Olusola Arogbodo who ended his resignation letter with well wishes for the party and the organization in the forthcoming election.

Sexual abuse: Chrisland head teacher, parents, others report to SCID Panti
The Lagos State Police Command has invited all parties involved in the alleged sexual abuse of a 10-year-old primary six pupil of Chrisland Schools located in the Victoria Garden City area of the state.
The Lagos Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin,on Tuesday said that all parties involved in the matter have been directed to report to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, today.
Giving an update on the matter, Hundeyin said, “All the parties involved have been invited to the State Criminal Investigation Department Panti today to give a written statement and further questioning will be done.”
The parties involved include the school’s head teacher, G.I. Azike; and the parents of the female pupil who alleged that their daughter was sexually abused during the school’s participation in the World School Games at Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Though the school management said the female pupil was among 76 pupils that represented the school at the Dubai event, which was held between March 8 and 14, 2022, it said the allegation of rape was false.
Rather, the school said two pupils of the school engaged in what the school described as “sexual misconduct” in a game called ‘Truth or Dare,’ when the act occurred after lights out.
The school authorities subsequently suspended the female student (name withheld) indefinitely, stating that she was “a major actor” in the “immoral act”.

also reacted to the trending video of a student of Chrisland in a s3x tape.
He wrote: “The parents of this pikin not try one kobo. The
school no try, but we definitely cannot absolve the parents ah ah… Naaah naaaa
this is way too much. Parents raise your pikin well o.”
Adding, “I’m not sure the mother saw that video before
making that claim. It was in my humble opinion, consenting. The school failed
thoroughly and so did the parents of the children involved. After closing the
school the parents should also be sanctioned. This is my humble opinion.”
